Partner Engagement & Delivery Coordinator (Junior)

We need someone to help run OK200's engine room. We're looking for a smart, friendly, eloquent and focused person who can work with our current partners (clients), keeping existing partners engaged and growing, and capably onboarding new partners as we grow.

You'll be involved in many pillars of the business.

Working with Paul and the dev team, you will be also responsible for guiding software and app deliveries from planning, to build, to deployment, and have the organisational context to follow up and further maintain the customer relationship.

As the Partner Engagement & Delivery Coordinator you will be organised, focused, friendly, well-spoken, and a little techie on top. This is a new role within OK200 so we welcome both juniors and people of all ages and backgrounds who are looking to change into this type of role as a career change / market re-entry.

Key Responsibilities
As Partner Engagement & Delivery Coordinator you will be responsible for the successful ongoing engagement and management of our partners, and will oversee and help deliver the software and apps that we build for them. The Partner Engagement & Delivery Coordinator needs to be passionate about the intersection between people & technology, and believe strongly in building products that make the world a better place.
You will:
  • Be the primary conduit between the business and our partners
  • Help us build and improve our partner onboarding strategy
  • Maintain and improve existing relationships with our partners
  • Gain a deep understanding of our partners' technical needs, and generate new ideas to grow their product & increase their own customer engagement.
  • Facilitate partner check-in meetings, keeping the relationship and communications very tight
  • Work closely with the dev team (through the CTO) to plan and deliver features to partner software & apps
  • Assist in delivery from a reporting, tracking, and billing perspective (we use external bookkeepers, no finance experience req'd)
  • Help plan the company's resources and scheduling so that we continue to deliver great products
  • Track releases and manage user guide for products we build
  • Take part in overall business strategy, identifying opportunities and potential new partner streams.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using the Google productivity suite
  • Experience using planning, collaboration & delivery tools (Trello, Harvest, Loom)
  • Proven track record of successful partner (client) management
  • Capability to prioritise and action varied management tasks
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
  • Confidence to pick up the phone and speak directly to partners
  • Strong interest in digital product management & delivery
  • Willingness to learn new skills, and take part in training to further your personal and digital skills.

Laravel PHP & Vue JS Developer (Junior)

We need a Laravel developer. We're looking for an engaging, friendly, and focused Laravel & Vue JS developer to join our team to build the next generation of OK200 products, and to build on the solid foundation of our existing products.

You'll be joining an existing team of 2 (Paul and Manami), and extensive training will be provided to help you upskill and move your career to the next level.

Working within the dev team, you will be responsible for helping to plan, build, code and deliver software, apps, APIs, platforms, widgets and gizmos of all kinds. We are a diverse, cross-functional team who provide support and respect to one another, in a professional and varied environment.

As a Junior Developer you will be organised, focused, friendly, well-spoken, and interested in how software will change the world. We welcome both juniors and people of all ages and backgrounds who are looking to change into this type of role as a career change / market re-entry.

Key Responsibilities
As Junior Developer you will be responsible for the successful ongoing development, maintenance and support of our partners' products, and will work with the wider teams to help deliver the software and apps that we build for them. The Developer needs to be passionate about the intersection between people & technology, and believe strongly in building products that make the world a better place.
You will:
  • Build our core set of products, as well as improve on existing apps
  • Work within the wider development team on lots of different products and projects
  • Help us improve our products (existing and new), as well as maintain and support them as they grow
  • Maintain and improve existing internal technical processes
  • Gain a deep understanding of our product set, and generate new ideas to improve them as we continue to build and grow.
  • Take part in daily check-in meetings, keeping the development communications loop tight
  • Work closely with the wider engagement team, to deliver new features to partner software & apps
  • Assist in delivery of reporting, analytics and business intelligence tools across all products
  • Actively improve the company's internal tech, so that we continue to deliver great products for years to come
  • Track releases, and manage technical documentation for products we build
  • Take part in overall business strategy, identifying opportunities and potential new technical opportunities.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
  • Experience in Laravel, and VueJS (required)
  • Experience using Tailwind CSS
  • Some experience & understanding of SQL
  • Understanding of MVC architecture
  • Understanding of event-driven architecture a plus
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
  • Confidence to clearly describe a problem space and suggest potential solutions
  • Strong interest in digital product management & delivery
  • Willingness to learn new skills, and take part in training to further your personal and digital skills.
