What happens after you get in touch

  1. We read it properly and reply. Usually within one business day. A real reply from a person, not an automated acknowledgement.
  2. A short call, around 30 minutes. You tell us what you are trying to do. We ask questions and tell you what we think, including the parts you may not want to hear.
  3. We write down what we heard. A summary of the problem, the options, and a rough sense of effort and cost. No obligation, and nothing behind a signature.
  4. If it makes sense, we scope it. Scoping is where the real number comes from. You get a clear picture of features, timeline and cost before any build work begins.
